Abstract
⺠Separation of GVHD and GVL is a major challenge in HCT. ⺠Novel strategies for doing this that were developed at two centers are described here. ⺠Each strategy involved less toxic than traditional HCT conditioning. ⺠Chimerism induction can also lead to transplantation tolerance. ⺠The strategies described here led to protocols for tolerance to organ allografts.
