Abstract
⺠The EpHLA software automates the HLAMatchmaker algorithm. ⺠In this work we have performed EpHLA software's experimental validation. ⺠We showed that, when compared to conventional method, EpHLA software executes HLAMatchmaker algorithm in a highest accuracy way and shorter time. ⺠The EpHLA software is ready to go for use in clinical transplantation.
