Abstract
⺠Human CD4+CD25high Treg cells were detected in human thymus grafted NOD/SCID mice. ⺠These Treg cells exhibited Foxp3+CD45RO+CTLA4+CD127â phenotype and functional. ⺠This mouse model is suitable for studying human CD4+CD25+ Treg cells.
