- Bioinformatics approaches were used to identify the epitopes on SAG5A protein.
- DNA vaccine was injected into mice with peptide to evaluate the immunoprotection.
- The vaccine could induce effective cellular and humoral immune responses.
- The number of cysts in brains of the mice immunized was significantly reduced.
