- DOTAP nanoliposomes containing 1Â mg/ml of SLA reduce lesion size and elicit TH1 immune response.
- Other concentrations of SLA in DOTAP nanoliposomes do not show effective responses.
- Free SLA has minimal effect in eliciting TH1 response.
