Abstract
⺠Topical paromomycin transfersomes cured L. major lesions on BALB/c mice. ⺠Topical paromomycin transfersomes decreased significantly the spleen parasite burden. ⺠Transfersomes increased significantly the paromomycin penetration through skin mice.
