Abstract
⺠We evaluate real-time PCR for soil-transmitted helminths in a cohort of asymptomatic children in Cambodia. ⺠We compare real-time PCR with microscopy and culture. ⺠Strongyloides spp. real-time PCR has good overall sensitivity and specificity. ⺠Multiple infections are identifiable by real-time PCR.
