Abstract
⺠Molecular monitoring of CQ and SP resistance markers reveals. ⺠The parasite populations of the state still have intrinsic resistant to CQ. ⺠High prevalence of SP resistant mutations with their observed non-random associations warns drug policy change in the combination therapy with ART. ⺠Strategic minimization of uneven drug pressure are needed to prevent and combat the drug resistance malaria.
