Abstract
⺠Genotyping of sand fly species circulating in Peru was established. ⺠The genotyping successfully differentiated sand fly species from 24 endemic areas. ⺠The usability of the method was verified by large-scale surveillance. ⺠The present method will be a powerful tool for sand fly surveillance in Peru.
