Abstract
⺠MEIA based on rSj26GST was first used for detection of anti-Schistosoma antibody. ⺠The assay had good diagnostic agreement with the results from ELISA. ⺠The assay is simple, rapid, and convenient for the diagnosis of schistosomiasis.
