Abstract
⺠BMDC Smteg stimulation leads to IL-10 production in vitro. ⺠Smteg immunization with no adjuvant increase CD4 + IL-10+ cells percentage in spleen. ⺠Smteg immunization with no adjuvant increase IL-10 production by spleen cells. ⺠Smteg immunization in the absence of adjuvant fail to reduce worm burden.
