Abstract
⺠Sero-epidemiological survey in 654 dogs from Portugal. ⺠Serum samples evaluated by DAT and by ELISA using five different defined antigens. ⺠Seroprevalence was 21.3%. ⺠A high degree of agreement was found between DAT and LAM-ELISA. ⺠Clinical status and Toxoplasma infection identified as risk factors.
