Abstract
⺠Hepatitis B virus vaccination (HBVV) in the HIV-infected population has poor reported completion rates and immunological response rates. ⺠HBVV completion rate can be increased by use of a dedicated vaccine clinic, with interventions such as vaccine clinic SMS text message reminders. ⺠Use of double dose HBVV for those who do not respond to standard dose HBVV increases immunological response in the HIV population and should be incorporated into routine clinical practice.
