Abstract
⺠PPA was developed for the first time for detection and titration of CCHFV. ⺠The PPA does not require the development of CPE in the infected cell monolayer. ⺠The PPA accuracy was confirmed by comparing the PPA titers with FIFA and FFA. ⺠Results by the PPA were obtained 24 h after cell infection. ⺠The method could also be used for the detection of other viruses.
