Abstract
⺠Five rapid diagnostic kits for influenza A/B were evaluted, compared with RT-PCR and viral culture in ROK. ⺠Among these, the SD Bioline rapid influenza kit demonstrated the highest sensitivity for influenza A and B. ⺠The rapid screening kits evaluated in this study were more sensitive in influenza A than influenza B. ⺠The development of sensitive rapid kits for influenza B is needed as field diagnostic tests.
