Abstract
⺠HPV assays including HC2, two PCR assays, GeneFinder and PANArray were compared. ⺠Total concordance rates between assays were 93.0% for HPV 16 and 96.1% for HPV 18. ⺠HPV genotypes by GeneFinder and PANArray corresponded well with sequenced results. ⺠HC2 and two real-time PCR assays could be used reliably for routine HPV screening. ⺠Genotyping by GeneFinder and PANArray may be applied for epidemiologic surveillances.
