Abstract
► RT-LAMP for rapid detection and serotyping of FMD virus was developed. ► We reported for the first time that serotyping of FMDV O and A by RT-LAMP. ► RT-LAMP assay could detect and serotype FMDV samples stored in FTA® cards.
