Abstract
⺠Recombinant mutated nonstructural protein 3ABC and monoclonal antibody based competitive ELISA for FMD serosurveillance. ⺠Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of 97.1% and 87% respectively as determined by ROC method. ⺠Higher diagnostic specificity than indirect ELISA. ⺠Common method for serum samples from all the species.
