Abstract
⺠Four Taqman® RT-qPCR assays were developed to identify genotype of European VHS isolates. ⺠Assays correctly identified a panel of 66 VHSV isolates. ⺠Assays demonstrate an ability to identify mixed VHSV genotype samples.
