Abstract
► A novel assay for the detection of YMDD mutations was developed. ► The assay was based on the hybridization-fluorescence polarization. ► The hybridization-fluorescence polarization assay was sensitive, simple, cost-effective and reliable. ► The hybridization-fluorescence polarization assay was useful for the treatment of HCC.
