Abstract
⺠A novel tagged pooled pyrosequencing (TPP) platform for HIV drug resistance (DR) testing. ⺠TPP produces HIV DR profiles concordant with conventional bulk sequencing. ⺠TPP quantitatively identifies low abundance DR variants (LADRV) with high accuracy. ⺠TPP is cost-effective for HIV DR surveillance test with added benefit of LADRV detection.
