Abstract
► A RT-LAMP diagnostic method for the grass carp reovirus has been developed. ► The analytical sensitivity of the method was revealed as low as 7 copies. ► The method was 100 times more sensitive than the RT-PCR technique. ► The method is highly specific for GCRV and it can be finished in 30 min. ► Visual inspection of GCRV-RT-LAMP was developed.
