Abstract
⺠Mink enteritis virus (MEV) is a major threat to the health of mink. ⺠Mink enteritis virus LAMP was used for the detection of the genomic DNA. ⺠Compared to PCR, the LAMP is â¼100-fold more sensitive for detecting MEV DNA. ⺠LAMP is potentially a useful and powerful method for the diagnosis of MEV in field veterinary clinics.
