Abstract
⺠A shuttle vector pSTKE which contains three expression cassettes was developed. ⺠The target proteins can be expressed to high titer and continuously. ⺠The recombinant vaccinia viruses can be inherited stably. ⺠The pSTKE vector can be used for research into multivalent vaccines.
