Abstract
⺠RNA isolated from BD SurePath⢠LBC is compatible with the ancillary PreTect⢠HPV-Proofer assay. ⺠RNA was found to be stable for a minimum of 21 days when stored at ambient temperature. ⺠RNA displayed high reproducibility for the HPV types detected by the PreTect⢠HPV-Proofer assay. ⺠HPV infection prevalence rate of HPV types in our cohort was consistent with published reports.
