Abstract
⺠The viral partial gene E1 region was sequenced and the changes in addition to some relationships with different strain were found in the E1 region. ⺠Novel variations in a glycoprotein E1 gene region of polypeptide position at 1103,1104,1125,1137 of partial nucleotide regions were found. ⺠These changes produced specific amino acid changes at the positions (E1 S295F), (E1 P294L), (E1 A316V), (E1 A316V and C328W), and (E1 S295F). ⺠It is important to strengthen the surveillance of Chikungunya viruses.
