Abstract
⺠The LAMP method for the detection of BBTV is combined with a turbidimetric technique. ⺠Fluorescent dye was pre-loaded inside the lid to keep the reaction in closed-tube conditions. ⺠Serial dilutions of viral and extracted DNAs from healthy banana were used as controls.
