Abstract

âº We showed high efficiency of analyzing sample pools of five samples by Avian Influenza RTqPCR. âº We investigated and validated benefits of using half reaction materials for real-time RT-PCR analysis. âº All invention to reduce costs of avian influenza surveillance helps worldwide control of the infection.
