Abstract
⺠We describe a novel real-time PCR assay for rotaviral genotyping and quantitation. ⺠We compare the assay with conventional semi-nested PCR. ⺠Two assays perform equally well. ⺠We provide data on rotavirus A genotype distribution and load in Greece.
