Abstract
⺠We develop a new RT-LAMP assay for sensitive and rapid detection of SRBSDV. ⺠The new method exhibit 10-fold higher sensitivity than RT-PCR. ⺠This method demonstrate a high degree of specificity for SRBSDV. ⺠This method could be a useful tool for forecasting and controlling SRBSDV disease.
