Abstract
⺠Evaluation of a portable impedance biosensor for detection of avian influenza virus. ⺠Comparison between impedance biosensor and rRT-PCR for poultry swab sample tests. ⺠The biosensor provides the same sensitivity and specificity as rRT-PCR. ⺠The biosensor could present the test result in less than 1 h.
