Abstract
⺠We developed and evaluated a fully automatable focus-reduction neutralisation test. ⺠Viral foci were visualized with immunoperoxidase-staining. ⺠Automated counting of foci was performed using ViruSpot software. ⺠The conventional Edmonston measles strain was used. ⺠The assay can be carried out with other types of viruses.
