Abstract

- In the present investigation the residue composition for Indian HPV-16 E6 protein (Accession No: ABK32509), the target for immune therapy of cervical cancer has been calculated.
- MHC Class I and Class II alleles prediction along with epitope prediction was done by the MHCPred 2.0 Program. Computer-based prediction program results show, A0203 and DRB0101 lower IC50 than other alleles. The best peptides binding affinity was 21HLCTELQTT30 of A0203 allele. In DRB0101 allele the peptide found was 39YCKQQLLRR48.
- Structural identification of feature of the protein shows 0 glycosylation, 1 kinase C phosphorylation, 0 casein kinase II phosphorylation and 0 N-myristylation sites.
- Epitopes and structural features of proteins prediction could be the best source of information and can help in molecular and medical studies of virus infection and development of HPV associated cancer drugs specially in Indian oral and cervical cancers.
