Abstract
⺠A method of multi-analyte suspension array was employed for rapid detection of common viruses. ⺠We used symmetrical and asymmetrical multiple PCR to amplify viral target sequence. ⺠The influence of symmetric PCR and asymmetric PCR products was not significant. ⺠Multi-analyte suspension array is a rapid and reliable identification technology.
