Abstract
⺠We screened the antigenic sites in the MHV-N protein using a peptide array membrane. ⺠Sixteen antigenic linear sequences were found using antisera obtained from mice infected naturally with MHV. ⺠ELISA using MHV-N antigenic peptides showed the same specificity as commercial MHV ELISA for serological diagnosis of MHV infection.
