Abstract
⺠Six TGEV RdRp mAbs have been generated and characterized. ⺠These mAbs efficiently recognize the RdRp by immunofluorescence and Western blot. ⺠Four physically close linear epitopes are recognized by these mAbs. ⺠Epitopes are located in a 62 aa region at the N-terminal domain of RdRp. ⺠The epitope recognized by mAb 4D10 is highly conserved in coronaviruses.
