Abstract
⺠Two TaqMan-assays were developed for detection of two important raspberry viruses. ⺠Each assay showed to be significantly more sensitive than conventional RT-PCR. ⺠Different virus isolates were detected by each assay. ⺠A new synergistic interaction was identified in infections containing RBDV and RLMV.
