Abstract
⺠An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was developed using a recombinant protein antigen prepared by segmentation expression of the capsid protein antigen epitope of avian nephritis virus (HM029238). ⺠The optimized P1-ELISA method was used to determine the seroprevalence of ANV infections in commercial chickens in China. ⺠The P1-ELISA method is useful for preliminary serological diagnosis of ANV infection, and to monitor antibodies against ANV.
