Abstract
⺠There is a need for increased diagnostic capacity for CCHFV. ⺠The development of recombinant antigens would facilitate diagnosis and surveillance. ⺠A bacterially expressed CCHFV nucleoprotein was evaluated for detecting IgG antibody. ⺠The recombinant antigen detected anti-CCHFV IgG in human sera using ELISA.
