Abstract
⺠We examined the in vivo performances of rAAV2 packaged with different methods. ⺠Different packaging methods caused no changes in in vivo performances of AAV. ⺠HSV-1 or Baculovirus-based AAVs predominantly target neuronal cell types. ⺠This report represents a positive step for validating HSV-1/Bac-based AAV.
