Abstract
⺠The proteome of Syphacia muris is described. ⺠A total of 359 proteins were accurately identified from the worms. ⺠Metabolic enzymes were the most abundant in the protein array of S. muris. ⺠Proteins involved in nucleic metabolism and cell cycle also were abundantly detected. ⺠The knowledge of the proteome is beneficial for studying biology of S. muris.
