Abstract
⺠Rolling circle amplification of HPV using specific primers, followed by Sanger seq. ⺠Comparing RCA efficiency when using HPV-specific primers against random hexamers. ⺠Increased RCA efficiency and reduced background amplification with HPV-primers. ⺠Obtaining high-quality sequence reads from RCA-products, even for low-input amount. ⺠Identification of several interesting polymorphic positions in 4 clinical samples.
