Abstract
► We compared ED3 of representative strains of the six DENV-2 genotypes. ► Differences in KD of 5 MAbs to the rED3s were relatively small. ► Physical binding differences did not lead to detectable differences in neutralization. ► ED3-specific neutralizing antibodies will likely be effective against all DENV-2 genotypes.
