Abstract
⺠Identification of non-polio enteroviruses associated with acute flaccid paralysis circulating in Pakistan; a polio endemic country. ⺠Emergence of a new genotype of enterovirus-107 in Pakistan. ⺠Our findings substantiate the use of molecular tools to successfully identify the virus variant as well as novel genotypes.
