Abstract
⺠In this study transcriptional analysis of CIV 012L gene was performed. ⺠Time course and inhibitor analysis classified the gene as an immediate early gene. ⺠5â²-RACE analysis identified a region with 30 nt long as 5â² UTR of this gene. ⺠Potential promoter analysis also showed that sequences between â20 and â10 relative to the transcription start site have key promoter activity for CIV 012L gene.
