Abstract

âº We confirm the interaction of Nsp1Î² of the Chinese HP-PRRSV with cellular PCBP2. âº We determine the minimal binding regions of Nsp1Î² with PCBP2 each other. âº The interaction of the Nsp1Î² with cellular PCBP2 is beneficial to Chinese HP-PRRSV replication in MARC-145 cells.
