Abstract
⺠We constructed a series of gene knockout BmNPVs (KOVs) for each of 141 genes using BmNPV T3 bacmid system. ⺠KOVs were subdivided into four phenotypic types by polyhedrin promoter-driven EGFP expression and infectious behavior. ⺠The catalogue of BmNPV genes will be a helpful reference in the functional analysis of viral genes.
