Abstract
⺠Two recombinants of RGV named ÎTK-RGV and Î53R-RGV expressing EGFP were constructed and analyzed in EPC cells. ⺠ÎTK-RGV was purified by seven successive rounds of plaque isolation. ⺠The infection with ÎK-RGV and wild-type RGV are similar. ⺠We demonstrated that RGV can be used as a viral vector for foreign gene expression in fish cell.
