Abstract
⺠HBV subgenotypes and HLA polymorphism as the most important viral and host genetic factors. They were determined by PCR-SSP. ⺠Analyzing the association between the clinical outcomes of HBV infections and HLA polymorphism in combination with HBV subgenotype. ⺠HBV infections include spontaneously recovered, acute self-limited and chronic infection. ⺠The different clinical outcomes of HBV infections may be effected by HLA alleles in combination with HBV subgenotype.
