Abstract
⺠We found that cytoplasmic localized bICP0 induces degradation of IRF3. ⺠Cytoplasmic localized bICP0 also inhibited bovine beta-interferon promoters. ⺠A viral encoded or induced function promotes shuttling of bICP0 from cytoplasm to nucleus during productive infection.
